Over the years, I’ve noticed that the biggest shifts in people’s health don’t happen when we rush, they happen when we slow things down and give the body the attention it actually needs.

These extended sessions are my way of creating that space for you.

Instead of just focusing on what’s bothering you in the moment, we take a step back and look at the bigger picture, how your body is moving, where it’s compensating, and how stress is showing up physically. From there, we can work more thoroughly and more intentionally.

This is where care shifts. It’s not just about managing pain,it’s about preventing it, improving how your body functions, and building something more durable over time.

During these 75-minute sessions, we combine structural work, movement, breath, and nervous system regulation to help your body reset and discover the strengths, weaknesses and areas in need of attention to continue to move forward in health. The goal is for you to leave not just feeling better, but to move better, with a focus on posture, physical habits and areas we can improve on.
